1. Agreement and eligibility

By using Easy Budget Checker, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. The service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. Do not use the service if you do not meet those requirements or do not agree to these Terms.

2. Educational use only

Easy Budget Checker provides estimates for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verify all figures and consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions. Any tax estimate is not a tax return, filing calculation, or payment instruction.

3. Your information and decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter, for reviewing every result, and for decisions you make using those results. You retain responsibility for your debts, payments, filings, savings, and other financial obligations. Easy Budget Checker does not move money, contact creditors, file returns, or guarantee an outcome.

Labels for people, employers, accounts, and debts are optional. Use nicknames where practical. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, banking credentials, addresses, policy numbers, exact birth dates, real financial documents, or other information that is not requested.

Files you download may contain the financial information and labels you entered. You are responsible for choosing a private device and storage location, controlling access to downloaded copies, and deleting copies you no longer need.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful personal or household planning. You must not:

• Attempt to access another person's account, household, or data.
• Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated access that materially burdens the service or disregards published restrictions.
• Misrepresent the service's results as professional advice or use the service to violate any law.
• Copy, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by applicable law or written permission.

5. Accounts and third-party services

Some features may require sign-in through third-party identity and hosting services, including Google and Microsoft Azure. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services. You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in method and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

6. Intellectual property

Easy Budget Checker, its software, design, text, and branding are owned by Admix LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain your rights in information you enter. You permit us to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

Product feedback

Suggestions and other product feedback are submitted voluntarily and are not confidential. You grant Admix LLC permission to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback to improve the service without restriction or compensation. Do not include sensitive identifiers or confidential financial data.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address unlawful or abusive activity, comply with law, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Notice.

8. Service and Terms changes

The service may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. A material update will receive a new version, and signed-in users will be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing when required. The version displayed above identifies the Terms currently presented by the service.

9. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that calculations or projections will match actual results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admix LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, financial loss, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Applicable law may not allow every limitation, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
